Terms of Sale
Please read these Terms of Sale carefully prior to making an online purchase from Sehjra jewelry, through our website. By purchasing items through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale and our TERMS & CONDITIONS, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Sale, do not purchase any items through the Site.
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms of Sale at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms of Sale, we will post the amended Terms of Sale to the Site and update. We encourage you to review these Terms of Sale prior to making any purchase through the Site to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase.
1. Availability and Pricing
All items offered for sale through the Site are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or any part of an order, and discontinue offering items without prior notice, even if you have already placed an order for an item. All prices are shown in AU dollars and applicable Taxes (as defined below) and other charges, if any, are additional. All prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Payments
By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable Taxes and other charges). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order. In the event you would like to change, or update payment information associated with your account on the Site, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information. If any of the items in your order are unavailable, we will charge only the prices, Taxes and other applicable charges associated with the items that are included in the shipment.
3. Shipping and Handling
You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time; however, we will provide notice of the changes applicable to you before you make your purchase. Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Unless we state otherwise, risk of loss or damage to an item passes to you upon delivery of the item to your specified delivery location.

Australia wide shipping is handled through AusPost, and will take 2-8 business days to reach you depending on your location in Australia. Any holiday seasons will effect these times. Your product is dispatched from Balcatta, WA within 1-2 days of receiving the order. For more accurate delivery times, please refer to your tracking number and track it live at AusPost website.
4. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with the items you order from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchase through the Site, you may return such item (accompanied by your sales receipt) within 30 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you and elect to: (i) exchange the item for another item available for purchase through the Site, (ii) receive a merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item that may be applied to your purchase of another item through the Site. If you return an item to us after such 7-day return period, but between 8 and 30 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you, you may still return the item and elect either to exchange the item for another item available for purchase through the Site or to receive a merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item that may be applied to your purchase of another item through the Site. A 18% restocking fee will be dedicated from the amount being returned. To return an item you purchased through the Site, indicate the reason(s) for the return and whether you wish to exchange the item or to receive a merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item pursuant to these Terms of Sale. You will receive a return slip in the email with a confirmation number which must enclose the completed return in the package you send to us with the item you are returning. Please ship your return, prepaid and insured, at Sehjra jewelry address.
Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All items returned to us must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. In addition, all returned items must include the original packaging in good condition and all associated tags. Please note that used items are not eligible for return.
We do not reuse the nose Jewelry sent back to us due to the recent Covid-19 events.
5. Jewelry care and materials
How to care for your Body Jewelry:
PLEASE NOTE: Our body jewellery has NOT been sterilised however is supplied new and in factory condition.
*Make sure all fixings, balls, spikes, safety backs etc are tightened daily.*
Personal Hygiene – Always keep your piercings clean and sterile and wash with either a good quality medicated soap and water and/or rubbing alcohol.
General Basic’s– 316L Surgical Steel, G23 Titanium, Titanium IP, Silicone, Glass, 9ct, 14ct and 18ct Gold a, Bio-Flex and Acrylic pretty much looks after itself and doesn’t really require maintaining other than a wash with medicated soap and hot water and your own personal hygiene as stated above.
Fashion/ Costume Jewellery – Belly Bars, Captives, Tragus, Tunnels and Plugs or any other Body Jewellery with diamantes, crystals and/or dangles, brass and rhodium plated are not always made for everyday wear and tear. If you are not sure when purchasing an item please ask, as Fashion/ Costume jewellery will not last in salt water, chlorine, against some cleaners and stretching creams and even body oils and sweat can affect the jewellery and may cause it to tarnish. Simply wash gently with hot water and a good medicated soap after wearing.
Semi Precious Stone – Keep clean and sanitised. Ok to wash with soap and hot water.
Rose or White Gold Plated and Gold Plated – Please care in the same way as the fashion/ costume jewellery. Can tarnish depending on your skin type and is not recommended for every day wear. If you have purchased an 18kt gold item, with time it will become yellow as that is the natural color of gold.
Silver plated Safety backs made from copper -
Please note that most of our safety back products come with a safety back made from Copper which is then coated with silver plating (unless stated otherwise).

6. Skin irritation, infection or any other medical conditions-
SEHJRA JEWELRY TAKES NO RESPOSNIBILITY FOR ANY IRRITATION OR SKIN INFECTIONS OR ANY OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS RISEN DUE TO USE OF OUR PIERCING JEWELRY. By purchasing our product, the customer is taking full responsibility that in case there is any medical condition rising from putting the jewelry in, it is on customer's risk, Sehjra Jewelry is not liable. Please discard use IMMIDIATELY in case of irritation or any other signs of infection. If the irritation continues, please contact your doctor or healthcare professional.
We make every single piece of jewelry with keeping in mind that it has to be gentle to the piercing skin, however, every skin type is different and we do not guarantee that our jewelry will suit every skin type, please use at your own risk.

7. 2 part nose stud:
As customers are aware most of our nose jewelry is made of two seperate parts. Please note that over time, there is general wear and tear and they might become loose, customers should check their nose jewelry DAILY to make sure the backing is tight. In case the safety back is loose, please stop using the stud immediately. Sehjra Jewelry takes no resposibility of the two pieces of nose stud coming apart while it is still in use. We triple check every piece of jewelry before shipping that it is tight enough, however the majority of our jewelry is made of 18kt gold with is very soft material and can be deformed very easily. Please take care of your studs on a daily basis. In case there is a loose stud that comes off and become two parts, please do not breathe it in. Sehjra jewelry takes no liablity of such event, customer is taking full responsibility that when they put our two piece jewelry in their nose, it is on their own risk. In such event that the backing is breathed in, we are NOT responsible.
8. 14ct gold, 18ct gold or any higher content of gold:
Gold is a malleable metal, the higher the quantity of gold in our product, the softer it gets. Most of our 18ct jewelry or higher can easily be deformed with bare hands. Please be gentle with it.
